Artist's Biography
Christian PARTOS (Sweden, b. 1958) was born in Jönköping, Sweden by Hungarian parent. He grew up in Lund in the south of Sweden and studied in Stockholm at the University College of Arts, Crafts and Design from 1983-88. He lives and works in Stockholm/Solna, Sweden and married to Helén Partos, an artist herself, with a daughter Alma.
Christian Partos received several public commissions and his works appear in exhibitions such as ”Whisk” for the Swedish pavilion in Expo 2000, Hannover, Germany and now in the Swedish Modern Museum of Art. His solo show ”Partos 10” was taken place in Rome, Italy in 2007. Partos is a member of the Royal Swedish Academy of Fine Arts.

基斯頓．巴托斯 於1958年生於瑞典延雪平，父母為匈牙利藉。他在瑞典南部隆德長大，1983年至1988年於斯德哥爾摩藝術學院修讀工藝與設計。他現居於瑞典斯德哥爾摩及索爾納。他與同是藝術家的海倫．巴托斯結婚，並誕下女兒愛瑪。
基斯頓．巴托斯多次受邀委約創作。他的作品”翻拌”曾參與二零零零年在德國漢諾威舉行的世界博覽會瑞典館，該作品現於瑞典當代藝術館展出。2007 年他的個人展覽“Partos 10”在意大利羅馬舉行。巴托斯現為瑞典皇家美術學院成員之一。
